debating competition
abhijit jadhav and sachn awchar won first prize in debating while second prize won by gita ubale and naseembanu kurne on dt 29-9-2010.
the subject on which debate tok place was,"NSS contributes in personality development of students". fifteen students participated in competition and all were new faces who never participated in any competition. fourteen students spoke in favour of proposal and only one for sake of debate spoke otherwise and suggested that NSS causes development of society as a whole.
the performance of the students was judged by prof s g shirsat(teachers' representative) and by nss volunteer gajanan thakre as representative of students.
